Configure page validation / Error messages in Transaction pages for a certain period

We have a Requirement to Prevent Managers to Transaction on select Payroll Close Dates and time (ie. 10/30/2026 at 11AM - 11PM EST)

Proposed Recommendation: Utilize VBS to defined a rule that when that when system date = close date and time, an Error Message will appear : No Transactions allowed.

However, we need to get those dates from the Payroll Calendar, and we cannot find it in the fields / service connections, pulling data from UDT tables arent supported either.

Any suggested workaround for this?
