Is there a way to default filter values for the Product Search in Redwood?

Summary:

We want to default the item search in redwood to filter by the organization automatically, rather than requiring the user to select the filter chip every time the search is opened. Based on my understanding of the Views, there is no way to default the filter values in either a system or personal search.
