Measure expression not evaluating values in layout

Summary: We have custom measure created where we have expression Attr(Item, On Sales Date), Attr(Item,Author) On Sales date and Author are the attributes in Pim and it's map with attribute column in level and hirearch under configure planning, but for some of the item we do not see any value for these measures. When we check the MSC table, it does show the values. We checked the Item in the Items table under Plan; it was showing the values
