Error in CommData.extractDataFromSource - Inter-pod Data Extraction Failing

Summary:

I am connecting from target cube to source cube to extract data from the source cube for a certain intersection. The integration is on the target pod and source cube sits on a different pod. The extraction integration is failing. Is it not possible to extract data from a source cube when the integration sits on the target pod?
