Shift Limits define via Shift Properties not working in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor

Summary:

We have requirement to use third party clocks which will send IN and Out time to timecard. I'm using webclock currently to test Shift properties like Grace Period, Early Start Period, Late End Period etc as it will not work with self service timecard.

For some reason, time entries are not getting round off as per grace period when i click on calculated time. I have checked the shift assigned etc. Please let me know the solution.
