custom application migration

Hi Team,

We have one custom onpremise HRMS application in postgresql DB. Now we are planning to migrate it to oracle DB and develop it in Apex. Regarding the infrastructure sizing, we need your guidance:

  1. Total Number of Expected Users:
    • Employee Self-Service (ESS) Users: 6,500
    • Pensioner Users: 8,900
    • Pay Bill, Audit, and Other Users: 350
    • Total Expected Users: 15,750
  2. Peak Concurrent Users Expected: Peak usage is expected around the 22nd of each month through month-end due to payroll processing. Additional peak usage is anticipated during December and January due to income tax calculations.
  3. Current Database Size: Approximately 200 GB
