Auto-Reject Negotiations with a Missing Supplier Site

We want to automatically reject a negotiation if any supplier’s Supplier Site is blank.
However, this field cannot be made mandatory via VBS in RUI and is not available as a Negotiation Approval condition attribute.

Is there any workarounds, such as using a DFF to check for missing Supplier Sites and trigger automatic rejection?
