Requisition Approval Flow Based on Collaborator Type

I would appreciate your guidance on a requirement we are exploring in Oracle Fusion Recruiting.

Is it possible to configure the requisition approval workflow to route approvals to collaborators, or to a specific collaborator based on the collaborator type assigned to the requisition?

We have reviewed the available approval configuration options but have not been able to identify a standard approach to achieve this. If anyone has implemented a similar requirement or can share any recommendations, workarounds, or best practices, it would be greatly appreciated.
