Basic authentication to Token-based for REST/SOAP Fusion API

in HCM Data Loader (HDL)

Summary:

Currently we are using multiple SOAP APIs with BASIC authentication method (User ID and Password), As oracle mentioned that same cannot be supported by March 31st 2027, Any guide on how to migrate the same to Token based authentication
Currently we are using below

finFunShared/FinancialUtilService?wsdl

hcmCommonDataLoader/HCMDataLoader?wsdl

xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService?WSDL

Any idea on how to migrate these SOAP APIs to Token based authentication? any guide or steps for the same.
