Summary:

Oracle is introducing Employee Activity, a new solution in Oracle Cloud Warehouse Workforce Management (WFM), available beginning with Release 27A, to replace the legacy WMS Activity solution.

Employee Activity introduces a redesigned architecture and data model designed to address existing limitations, enhance reporting, and provide a foundation for future AI capabilities, gamification, and workforce planning.

We encourage customers to begin using Employee Activity as soon it is available in their environment starting Release 27A.  Please note that all further enhancements to WFM will be based off of Employee Activity.

For customers using the legacy WMS Activity solution, there will be a transition period through Release 27C.  During this transition period these customers will have the ability to access the
