Enable Redwood for Item pages when Product Management is not enabled

Summary: We have core Purchasing licensed and enabled, but we don't have Product Management Enabled. Items are created/updated by a different systems payload. We are updating our Purchasing functions to Redwood (Requisitioning part is already live on Redwood). Kindly share the profile options/opt-ins for having all our Item pages to Redwood.
