Add Contingent Worker - Validation Rule for User Person Type

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a very simple validation rule on the Add a Contingent Worker flow but its not being triggered, its allowing the user to proceed.

I would like it to throw an error when a user selects the User Person Type 'Contractor'

I have built the rule like this:

The code generated by Oracle for the rule condition is:

$fields.addPersonWorkRelationships.personTypesLOV.UserPersonType.$value() === 'Contractor'

I have also tried it using the person type Id but still no luck, can anyone help advise if I have maybe missed something? (We are currently on 26C)
