Custom Criteria Not Restricting Employee Visibility After Global Transfer Across Legal Entities

We have implemented custom criteria in Person Security Profile to restrict employee visibility based on the Legal Entity (LE) of the logged-in user. The criteria checks the employee's assignment details, current Legal Entity, assignment type, and grade to ensure that only employees belonging to the user's authorized Legal Entity are visible.

However, we have observed unexpected behavior in a Global Transfer scenario.

Expected Behavior:

When an employee is globally transferred from one Legal Entity to another, the employee should no longer be visible to users belonging to the previous Legal Entity, provided the employee no longer has an active qualifying assignment in that Legal Entity.
