Alumni auto provision rule is not revoking the alumni job role when the user is rehired

We have the below auto provisioned rules defined for Alumni role, but after the user is getting rehired the alumni role which was auto provisioned is not getting deprovisioned. Oracle says all of its customer's are facing this issue and "System does not use “latest work relationship” or “latest assignment” as the standard role-mapping rule. It evaluates whether at least one assignment matches a mapping. Therefore, the terminated inactive assignment remains a qualifying record after rehire, and the termination-related role stays provisioned.".
