Creating Deep Links for Administrative Tasks

We are looking to make some deep links or quick action menu items for some of the administrative tasks that are common. Currently, you have to navigate My Enterprise/User Icon (Top Right) → Setup & Maintenance → Drawer → Search → ex. Manage Data Access for Users → click open link. I am hoping that someone has had some success in finding a way to create deep links for some of these tasks and can pass along the knowledge. Thank you.
