Any Time zone change support for British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba from Nov 1?

Effective November 1, 2026, users in the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba will stay on permanent Daylight Saving Time (DST) and stop observing DST changes.

We do not know which timezones to use on November 1 for these provinces.

Wouldn't these be new timezones since DST is going to stay permanent.

If so, wouldn't Oracle need to seed this.
