Is there a way to have a book sort with the ancestor at the top in Narrative reporting?

Summary: How to display Entity Hierarchy with ancestors at top, to replicate a FR book.

Entity is the POV and the dimension that should be displayed with ancestor at the top on the TOC and in the book. Since FR is being retired, I am trying to move the books to narrative reporting keeping them as close as possible to how the display in FR. Thank You.
