Anyone Experiencing Slow Business Rule Execution in EPBCS Since 26.10 Update?

Hi All,

Since the 26.10 update, we've seen a noticeable increase in business rule execution times in our EPBCS application.

  • No recent changes to rules, metadata, or application design
  • No significant increase in data volumes
  • A rule set that typically runs in 1 hour is now taking around 3 hours
  • The same behavior is occurring in both Prod and a Test application (which was cloned last month when rules were normal)

Because the slowdown is consistent across both environments, we're wondering if this could be related to the recent update.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or can recommend any optimization steps (cube refresh, restructure, cache-related checks, etc.) before we open an SR with Oracle?
