The Non Conformance Number is removed and Description becomes visible Related Objects page
Dev team confirmed that this is expected behaviour. We have fixed the code to show QI/QA description in relationship to keep it inline with other objects supported in Relationship tab. It was fixed as part of customer bug 38217319 in 26A release.

Earlier behaviour of showing number in the area where description is displayed was incorrect.

Oracle Support has confirmed that the Related Objects display change is associated with Bug 38217319, addressed in 26A, and retained in 26B.

The business understands the changes introduced as part of Bug 38217319. However, they are not satisfied with the current solution.
