Alert Composer Not Working Using Assignment Status and Other

in HCM REST APIs

We have a requirement to create a custom alert for Certain Employees that are Assignment Status is Active Only + Business Unit that is in Canada or United States.

I have already added the parameters below, but when I test run the Alerts, It run successfully, but I did not receive any alerts.

I have also added my own email to test the notification, but I did not receive anything.

Here is the result of the test run.
