Self-Service Language Preference Selection for OTM Users

In OTM, as part of the standard process, a User Preference needs to be created with the appropriate language setting and then assigned to a user or role through the Manage User Access UI. However, access to Manage User Access is generally restricted to administrative users.

We have a requirement to provide users with a self-service option to select or change their language preference directly from the OTM application, without requiring administrator intervention.

Ideally, we would like to avoid:

• Creating and maintaining individual User Preferences for every user.
• Providing end users with access to modify User Preference configurations directly.
