Is it possible to hide or disable "Custom Time" in Team Schedule shift selection?

Is there a way to hide, disable, or remove the "Custom Time" option from the shift selection dropdown in Team Schedule of the manager's access?

Currently, managers can either:

Select an existing shift from the predefined shift list (which is the ideal way), or
Select "Custom Time" and manually enter the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.

Our concern is that when managers use the Custom Time option, the manually entered schedule is not captured by our report. As a result, we are unable to accurately report or track these schedules, whereas schedules assigned through the predefined shifts (shift samples highlighted in green) are reported correctly.
