Unable to see the UCM account for lease Accounting

When navigating to Tools> File Import and Export , i am not able to find the UCM account for Lease accounting :fin/leaseAccounting/import

What access do i need to be able to access UCM Account :fin/leaseAccounting/import

Can anyone please advise ?
