Unable to see the Geography Hierarchey and Validation is greyed out for Southafrica (ZA)

Hi Team,

We are currently configuring geography for South Africa as part of Core HR implementation. Although we have configured the address format, address cleansing, and geography structure, the expected geography hierarchy is not displaying as intended.

We need to validate whether all prerequisites have been completed, including geography hierarchy definition, availability of geography data, parent-child relationships, and the appropriate configuration of geography validation.

Could you please review the existing configuration and confirm whether any additional setup or data-loading process is required to populate and display the hierarchy correctly?

Please also confirm the recommended sequence of steps to complete the South African geography configuration before enabling geography validation.
