Address Formatt selection

Hi Team,

Could you please clarify the differences between the two address formats shown in the screenshots below?

We are currently implementing Core HR for our client whose payroll is managed entirely by a third-party provider. Payroll is not in scope for our implementation.

As part of the Core HR configuration, we would like to understand which of these two address formats would be more appropriate for our client.

Also confirm on the below option selection as well;
