NIR tasks based on HCM hierarchy

Hi there!

We're implementing Fusion Cloud on a manufacturer customer. They're currently using PeopleSoft and its IT department has made some customizations.

Its item creation process will be addressed with NIR. The Open stage is triggered by a requester, who could be an operator. The expectation of the next task within Definition stage is that could be ratificated by its manager. Could a NIR definition workflow read the HCM hierarchy (operator → manager) in order to assign a task?
