Summary:

Enhanced Skills Center Manager-Rated Level does not appear to show a previously set manager-rating. On the Employee Skills Center (26C) the Manager-Rated Level column displays the rating previously given by the manager however when logging in as the Manager, the same column in the Manager's view of the employee skills center (26C), the circle icons appear blank, unpopulated with a rating.
