Always Free A1.Flex instance still disabled after compliance - request re-enable (us-phoenix-1)

Hello Oracle Cloud team and community,

Following up on the many reports here about the August 18, 2026 Always Free Ampere A1 limit enforcement: I would like to request the re-enablement of my remaining Always Free instance. I have already brought my tenancy fully into compliance with the new limits, but the instance still cannot be started.

Environment (verified in the OCI Console and via CLI today)

  • Cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Account type: Always Free (Free Tier tenancy)
  • Region: us-phoenix-1 (US West Phoenix)
  • Instance "server": VM.Standard.A1.Flex, 2 OCPU / 12 GB, AD-1, created 20-Aug-2026, Ubuntu 24.04 Minimal aarch64
  • Boot volume: 120 GB, Available
