Accrual Plan with Plan Term following Payroll Year (as per Payroll Definition)

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a Accrual Plan (Front Loaded and Incremental) are defined on Anniversary Year Plan term.
We have Anniversary Event Formula defined to dynamically pick the Start date for the plan term as First day of the Payroll year in which the effective date falls.
Eg: for 10/29/2026 date, Payroll Year starts from 12/13/2025.
While for effective date 12/24/2026, Payroll year start is 12/12/2027 (Payroll Year changes)

We are able to set the start date for the Plan term, but the end date is not getting dynamically set as per Payroll Year Last Day.
Also, Year-End Processing like Disbursement, Carryover are not happening on the expected date but on the date, calculated by system.
