How to create validation in seeded guided journey when contact deletion attempted

We are about to begin open enrollment and the enrollment from the benefits self-service page seems to be a "seeded" guided journey. The benefits team would like the user to not be able to delete a contact (specifically a spouse) from within the open enrollment. When user navigates to contacts through the guided journey, I see the fragments/components that make up the guided journey but have no access to the "Delete" button or any field values that I can see would allow me to validate that a contact is being deleted.
