“Not rated” shown for AI Ratings in Job Application AI Rating

Hi all,

We have enabled Job Application AI Rating and can see the AI Rating view in the job applications list. Some candidates have an Experience Rating, Education Rating or Overall fit, while others show “Not rated” for the ratings.

Could you help us understand what triggers the rating calculation for an individual application and why it may remain “Not rated”? In particular, should we configure or run Calculate Candidate Matching Rating, or check any additional prerequisites or processing errors?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the AI Rating view.
