How are Job Application AI Ratings determined?

Hi all,

I’m reviewing Job Application AI Rating and would like to understand how the AI determines the ratings assigned to each application.

Which information about the candidate and the job requisition does it consider for the Education, Experience and Skills ratings? How are those ratings calculated and combined into Overall fit? Is there a way for recruiters to see the factors behind an individual rating, so they can understand and verify it?
