Prompt for DFF not updating

in Human Capital Management

Summary: We need to update a prompt for one of the global segments for the PER_ASF_DF descriptive flexfield. When we update the prompt field, save and close and deploy the flexfield the prompt reverts back to the previous name. Please see the attached file for the steps taken. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
