Absence Plan Balance Automatic transfer to new plan within same legal employer

I'm facing an issue with Oracle Absence Management related to automatic balance transfers between absence plans within the same legal employer.

Has anyone encountered a scenario where the employee loses eligibility and is enrolled in the target plan, but the positive balance does not transferring Are there any additional setups, processes, or known limitations that should be reviewed.
