Job Application AI Ratings remain “Rating in progress”

Hi all,

I’m testing Job Application AI Rating and have completed the following setup:

• Set ORA_IRC_APPLICANT_AI_SCORES_FEATURE_ENABLED to Y.
• Set ORA_IRC_AUTO_COMPUTE_JA_SCORES_ON_CREATION to Y.
• In Candidate Selection Process Configuration, added Calculate Candidate Matching Rating to the Screening phase→ To be Reviewed state.

When I open a job requisition and view its applications, Education Rating, Experience Rating, Overall fit all show “Rating in progress” for the candidates in that state. I’ve attached a screenshot.

Could you clarify whether this is an expected intermediate status and what should trigger its completion? Is there an additional process, prerequisite or configuration we should check if the ratings remain in progress?
