Adhoc Holiday beyond the existing Work Schedule and Public Holidays (off periods)

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to grant an adhoc Holiday to some set of random Employees. Kindly check below and suggest.

Work Schedule entire Country: Monday to Friday
Public Holidays configured as Calendar Events by Geographic Location
Holiday time entries automatically generated in employee timecards
All employees currently belong to the same location
New requirement: Grant a adhoc holiday to a random set of employees regardless of location, department, business unit, etc.

What options we have, Kindly suggest.
