After changing Narrative connection from TEST to PROD, ad hoc in Smart View requires multiple signon

Summary:

After opening/saving a Management Report in Narrative Reporting and changing the source from TEST to PROD, opening as ad hoc in Smart View is producing multiple (3) single-sign-on prompts prior to producing the ad hoc grid. I have confirmed no connections/links exist outside of the Narrative Library. The same report in Management Reporting does not require more than one single sign-on to connect to Smart View. All reports tested so far have this same issue in Narrative. Prior to changing the connection, Narrative Reports did not prompt more than once at connection to Smart View.
