It is a very common requirement to capture more than one Identifier, Email Type and Phone Type in the Hire Flow. Below steps demonstrate how I achieved for Aadhaar and PAN to be mandatory in the Redwood Hire flow
When hiring an employee in India, HR must add both Aadhaar and PAN under National Identifiers before clicking Continue.
