VBS Performance Issues

Is anyone else experiencing extreme slowness in VBS studio Express Mode when they are working on the form rules? I have been using VBS since Sept 2025 and have only started having issues about 3 weeks ago.

When engaging with VBS fields and regions, searching for fields, open the drop downs in field area, even adding conditions, I get no responses form the system. It will say loading content for minutes, then changes to loading complete. But when I go click on any fields, the screen is frozen by then. I entered an SR 2 days ago but wanted to see if other customers are experiencing the same. Our dev environment where we have VBS project set up has not been copied from PROD since Nov 2025 so I am not sure if that has anything to
