DFF fields for Information Template not in form Rules

in Visual Builder Studio for SCM

Summary:

Background: I created an information template in SSP for capital equipment orders with 3 DFF's that are now visible in the capital smart form. I dont want DFF 2 and 3 to be visible up if the value chosen by user on DFF 1=No. When I enter my condition and then go to the informationTemplateDFF, there are no boxes for me to see the different DFFs so that I can select a customization for each. Is there any way to achieve what I am looking for?
