Getting an error while uploading the Workflow file

Summary:

I created an workflow agent, which is successfully tested. I took the backup of the workflow agent. After the instance is cloned, when i try to re-import the same workflow agent, i am getting an error:

Workflow import failed: Invalid value. Expected type: array
