Hello everyone,

We have configured position profiles with associated skills. In our current setup, employees see role skills in Skills Center based on their position profile.

Could you please clarify the expected behavior in the following scenarios?

1. Multiple assignments with different positions

If an employee has multiple active assignments, each associated with a different position and position profile:

• Does Skills Center display the combined role skills from all associated position profiles?
• Or are role skills derived only from the primary assignment’s position profile?
• If neither applies, what other logic determines which role skills are displayed?
