We would like to understand how Dynamic Skills handles skills associated with an employee after completing a course in Oracle Learning.

When an employee completes a course that has associated skills:

• How are they displayed, and which category do they belong to: Role, Core, or Self? Is there another category or logic for skills acquired through Learning?
• Is the learning course shown as the source of the skill?
• Are any specific configurations or scheduled processes required for these skills to appear in Skills Center?
