Recruiting Sourcing Candidate Pool Agent remains in Draft after publishing error

Hi,

I have a question for you. I’m configuring the Recruiting Sourcing Candidate Pool Agent using the Oracle-delivered template. I followed the publication steps and added my role, Manage HCM Agent Role, as instructed. The workflow initially showed five validation errors, which I have addressed. However, when I select Publish, I receive the following error: Failed to publish workflow: Failed to create schedule job: 403

After this, the agent remains in Draft and I cannot test its scheduled execution. Could you help me identify what is preventing the scheduled job from being created? In particular, are any additional roles or privileges required for the user publishing this workflow? Please let me know which logs or configuration details would help diagnose the 403 error.
