Unable to hide unwanted links from Person Extra Information page

Summary:

We are getting this warning message while publishing a sandbox after hiding few links in Person Extra Information "You have not saved your changes. If you leave this page, then your changes will be lost. Do you want to continue?"

Is there any option to hide certain unwanted links that appear in Left hand side in the navigation → My Client Groups → Quick actions → Person → Search a person → Extra Information

As we are not able to hide them from page composer. Though immediately after removing visibility the changes are reflecting on the page but while previewing, the changes are not reflecting. Also, while publishing, it is saying that your changes are not saved and so you cannot publish.
