Learning assignments not created from OTBI-based assignment profile

Hi Team,

We built an OTBI analysis and used it for a learning assignment profile. The learners appear correctly in the OTBI analysis report, but no learning assignments are being created for the learning item.

The “Process Learning Records” job completes successfully, but its child process, “Evaluate Person IDs for the Assignment Destinations,” ends with a warning status.

Anyone else facing this issue?
