Required Roles/Privileges for employeeOrganizationPaymentMethodsLOV

We are using the Business Object employeeOrganizationPaymentMethodsLOV in Oracle Fusion HCM through AI Agent Studio.

The Business Object is returning no values for an employee, even though an applicable Organization Payment Method is already configured for the employee’s Legislative Data Group.

Could anyone confirm the complete security requirements needed to retrieve data from employeeOrganizationPaymentMethodsLOV?

Specifically, we would like to know:

1. Required job/duty roles and privileges
2. Required data roles or security profiles
3. Required Legislative Data Group or payroll data access
4. Required access to Organization Payment Methods, Personal Payment Methods, or Payroll Relationships
5. Any additional security requirements when called from AI Agent Studio
