Production Shift Operations Workspace is not showing results

Summary:

Production Shift Operations Workspace is not showing assigned operators, production exceptions and Production health. It's showing work centers in the manufacturing plant. I created work orders which are going through various operations. Operators are assigned to machines. I would like to know why agents are failed? Where can I check if there is an issue.

It is saying that system is operational with out any issues. Then why WO details, assigned operator details are not showing.
