Multiple purchase orders are displayed under Receipts (New) when applied unfiltered search

When we search for a Purchase Order using the filtered search option, only one PO is displayed with all its line items. However, when we search using the unfiltered search option, multiple Purchase Orders related to my orders are displayed.

We would like to understand why multiple POs are appearing in the unfiltered search results, whereas only one PO is displayed when filters are applied.

Anyone know the reason for this difference in search results and confirm whether this is expected system behavior?

Note: Please note that this issue is not related to other users' Purchase Orders. The concern is specifically about multiple Purchase Orders belonging to the same user. We would like to understand why multiple POs are displayed in the unfiltered search results, whereas only one PO appears when using the filtered search option.
