Hi I am building integration between FCC and Planning and face issue while Refresh Members From Cloud.

While try to refresh members from cloud I receive "ERROR [AIF]: Error in Executing cloud Member Refreshnull. "

can somebody can help in it ? what is causing that issue and how I can solve it ?
